Dear Sir, Sub : Submission of Updated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 We refer to the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, which was submitted to the Stock Exchanges and circulated to the members of the Company on 1st August 2026. After submission, it has been observed that, while preparing the final layout version of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, a paragraph was inadvertently omitted from the final artwork due to an editorial oversight. Accordingly, the revised Annual Report is being submitted after incorporating the omitted paragraph. Except for this, there are no factual or material changes to the contents of the Annual Report submitted earlier and this does not have any other impact in the Notice of AGM, Financial Statements, Boards'' Report etc. The updated Annual Report will also be hosted on the Company's website in place of the earlier version.
